  • Any app you download or use from Blue Group Inc. is a unique product on its own. All apps are developed and maintained by Blue Group Inc. 

  • Purpose and nature of the app and its functionality can be seen in the app store description page or Blue Group website or app guides inside the app. The app may include introduction guide to explain you its features and functionalities. If you are not sure about apps feature or functionality, you can contact support email mentioned above.

  • Your use of the Blue Group and any other apps from Blue Group Inc is at your own risk.

  • Blue Group Therapy is a technology platform and a therapy marketplace that has independent contractor licensed therapists who bears full responsibility and liability for the services provided by them on the platform. License therapists carry their own malpractice insurance and any other liability insurance as mandated by the respective board of behavioral services in the respective US state they practice.

  • Neither Blue Group Inc nor its partners provides any warranties or guarantees to any of the apps functionality or features. The use of the apps are at your own risk for any issues, problems or concerns directly or indirectly arising out of using our apps and websites.

  • Always remember to get proper medical or professional assistance if you are using our health and fitness apps. Our apps are in no way a replacement or supplement to any of your medical or fitness conditions. Usage of the apps does not replace or suplement you from seeking proper professional assistance. Our Apps does not offer medical advice, diagnosis or treatments.​

  • If you have subscribed to us in website or by any other means, we will use your information to communicate with you regarding products or services only after getting your consent. We may contact you by app notifications or by email or SMS text for these purposes.​

  • App will send you in-app push notifications and can be customised inside app settings or within device settings.​​​

  • If app requests Location information, its is provided by your phone/iOS internal GPS frameworks and sometimes internet connection is required to get a meaningful readable address. In case of discrepancies or incorrect location reporting, the app will not be held responsible. Always check all the settings including location and other features inside the app before using it. The location information is just an approximate indication of where you are.​​

  • The processing of your personal data takes place in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). We do not sell or share any personal or steps data with anyone or any other company unless you decide to do it yourself within the app.​

  • Any weight loss or calorie tracking or health advice or other health data reporting, planning or tracking with values or usage of Blue Group's own estimator and tools must be done at your own risk. You are always required to get professional assistance from fitness professionals, mental health professionals and doctors. You are solely responsible for reliance on any fitness or calorie calculation and results from the app. Any use of the values or tools inside the app must be done at your own risk.​

  • Blue Group app may collect your app usage and other relevant information stored inside the app for analytical and improvement purposes like offering new features etc.

  • Blue Group has a real-time walking feature where users can participate in real-time walking challenge with other users, with their own image also know as display photo and a nick name also know as display name. App allows chats with anonymous users in the real-time challenge leaderboard. Users have right to report other users and users can be blocked and banned from the steps challenge when the complaint rate is high from other users. You are expected to abide by the community standards and follow general community etiquette while interacting with other users. Any forms of abuse, derogatory, explicit or discriminatory behaviour or language or any other forms that is not accepted and classed as "good behaviour" will result in your profile being deleted or removed from the app and our servers.​

  • With your permission, Blue Group accesses your device's Pedometer. App uploads your device's pedometer readings / data as you open the app daily or whenever you use the app in a real-time challenge mode. The pedometer workouts are stored in our servers / cloud and you have access to your data even if you migrate to a new device. Your pedometer data and walking or other fitness data is also used to take part in the walking groups, by showing them on a leaderboard, with rankings along with your friends pedometer data. We do not sell or market or use your fitness data for anything else other than to support this core app functionality, that's is to take part in walking groups and walk, track and chat with friends.​

  • ​No refunds will be offered on any fee or payments in any situation. However iTunes refund policy may vary and future subscriptions on iTunes can be stopped for next billing cycle.​​​​

  • Device information: We collect information from and about the device(s) you use to access our services, including hardware and software information such as IP address, device ID and type, device-specific and apps settings and characteristics, app crashes, app version, app name, type of user (pro/free), advertising IDs (such as Apple's IDFA, both of which are randomly generated numbers that you can reset by going into your device's settings), browser type, version and language, operating system, time zones, identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device or browser (e.g., IMEI/UDID and MAC address) information on your wireless and mobile network connection, like your service provider and signal strength.​

  • Firease Analytics for Apps is an analytics service provided by Google, Inc. The device information is also used for install attribution to find if your device has the app already installed and whether you are a new user and app events like in-app purchases to track our revenue. This is called 'App Install Tracking' and we use our partner 'AppsFlyer' for this purpose. AppsFlyer and Google firebase data privacy can be looked up from http://appsflyer.com and https://firebase.google.com​

  • Personalized Ads: In future versions, where applicable, on Blue Group app, you might see personalised ads in certain apps from ad providers like AdMob if you give us your explicit consent to share your advertising identifier (IDFA) with those advertising platforms. We work with third parties ad providers to deliver ads where applicable on free versions. Ad provider data privacy can be looked up from the links we provide within the Blue Group app.

  • Opting out on iOS devices:
If you have an Apple device, you can opt out of mobile interest-based or "cross-app" advertising by updating to iOS 6.0 or higher, and setting Limit Ad Tracking to 'ON'. On an iPhone for example, you can do this by clicking on Settings -> Privacy -> Advertising and toggling "Limit Ad Tracking" to 'ON'. Our systems are designed to respect your choice and not use your personal information to provide interest-based advertising when this setting is ON. You have full control of your fitness and personal data. When you participate in Boards, you are aware that your fitness data is shared with users whom you do not know because they are part of the walking boards inside the app. You must make your decisions in being a part of boards that you trust and always be aware that your information is shared with the participants. If you are an European User and if you made a personal data deletion request by contacting us in email, we will write with regard to your request for erasure of personal data and our acknowledgment/outcome of such request and any instructions in accordance with compliance to GDPR.

  • You must refrain from posting adult, illegal, defamatory or illicit contents in any of our apps.​

  • All apps are used on your own risk and Blue Group Inc will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or loss or any conflict or any issues arising as a result of using the app or service or website.

  • SUBSCRIPTION FEES: If any of the apps from Blue Group Inc. require subscription or one time fees through in-app purchase, it works fully after your full payment. Blue Group offers restore feature where you can purchase features or upgrade on one device and free to use them on other devices that you own. However there is no guarantee to data transfers or data persistence between devices. All subscriptions and in-app purchase will be charged to your iTunes account after your confirmation of purchase.​

  • SUBSCRIPTION AUTO-RENEWAL: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month, and yearly subscriptions automatically renew each year. Subscription renewal is charged through your iTunes account. Subscriptions renew automatically every month or every full year unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.​

  • TURNING OFF AUTO-RENEWAL: You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your iTunes account settings. For your convenience, some of our apps provide a link to your subscription management page in the app's about view. Cancellation of the currently active subscription is not allowed.

  • Forever Membership: Forever membership is a low cost monthly payment to our unlimited sessions plan, price-fixed for lifetime, forever!. If you subscribe to this via our partner payment provider Stripe, you will get unlimited access to licensed therapists audio sessions for lifetime at the same monthly price. However, if you cancel at some point, you loose the benefits of a forever membership. Re-subscription or renewal is not permitted. No renewals allowed after cancellation.

  • Lifetime membership: On the web, you can also have option to purchase a lifetime one-time membership for the unlimited plan through our payment provider Stripe.

  • No refunds are allowed in any case of Stripe or In-app purchases from Apple, for any type of membership plan. In case of Stripe payments, you need to manually activate the app membership using the link provided on the email or website. 

  • With any monthly, yearly or lifetime membership purchase, you will get Live + on-demand psycho-education group therapy audio sessions from licensed therapists and get instant coping skills for your emotional challenges.

  • About Health Data: On supported devices, Blue Group reads your Device Pedometer or Apple Health data with your permission to determine completion of your workouts and activities. Workout details maintained in Blue Group app will automatically be updated in Blue Group Cloud. All data is accessed in full accordance with the iOS app review rules set by Apple. We do not share your health data with anyone other than your friends which you can control within the app. If you are using standard Blue Group app, certain usage data and steps information will be collected on anonymous basis but no signup or login is needed from your end. This is done to improve our app and to understand what best features can be provided further. We will not sell your data to any third party companies. If you decide to share your workouts and other fitness data from the app directly, you must take care of your own privacy using options inside app settings. Step and distance data is only available automatically when using an iPhone 5S or newer, or using an accessory that writes to the Health app such as Apple Watch.

  • Retention of Financial Data: We do not store or intend to store any financial details (credit or debit card numbers) on our system. 

  • Liability: Blue Group Inc. will not be liable to you for any loss caused by our app or service, customer complaints, any failure of our server, Internet problems, the crashing of our web site or app or any similar reason where such failure is occasioned by any cause beyond Blue Group Inc. reasonable control, including war, insurrection, fire, flood, earthquake, strikes, lock-outs, or similar cause. Blue Group Inc. will not be held liable for any loss or damage or problems or incidents or conflicts arising in any situation.

  • Copyright and Reproduction: Unless otherwise stated, all of the contents of this app and website are copyright of BlueGroupTherapy.com and Blue Group Inc. No part or parts of this app and website or its content including any trade mark and logos or other materials may be copied or incorporated into any other website, database, publication or other work in any form whatsoever. ​

  • Your use of the Blue Group Inc's app and BlueGroupTherapy.com website and service and any dispute arising out of such use of the app and website is subject to the laws of California, USA.
