The apps are designed for emotional learning and psychoeducational purposes only. They do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention.

Use of the apps and services is entirely at your own risk.

In the event of a mental health emergency, users agree to contact 911, 988 or any local emergency services appropriately. The app is not intended for use during crises.

Blue Group Inc. is not liable for any consequences or damages arising from the use of its services or platforms.
Therapy Content and Clinician Disclaimer

All therapist-led audio sessions are educational in nature and do not replace professional mental health treatment or medical advice.

Clinicians featured on the platform are independent educators and content creators—not treating or diagnosing users.

Therapists are responsible for maintaining their licenses and insurance in accordance with their U.S. state board requirements.

Users stays anonymous on the app, user's PII or PHI data is not shared with the clinicians.
Rewards and Incentives Program

Cash rewards to users are offered solely for successful paid user referrals.

Only active paid members are eligible for the rewards program.

Blue Group Inc. reserves the full right to award, withhold, suspend, or cancel any rewards at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Participation in the referral program does not guarantee earnings and is subject to validation and compliance with terms.
App Functionality and Features

Core features include psycho-educational sessions, daily step tracking, leaderboards, anonymous community interaction, and group step challenges.

The app may access your device’s pedometer and Apple Health data with your permission to track steps and fitness progress.

Users must adhere to community guidelines; any abuse, harassment, explicit content, or misconduct may result in suspension or removal from the app.

Display names and photos may be visible to other users in challenges and leaderboards and we encourage users to stay anonymous. We use AI generated display names and photos to help users tay anonymous.
Location and Data Collection

If location access is granted, it is used for approximate information only; Blue Group is not responsible for GPS inaccuracies.

Data collected may include IP address, device information, crash logs, app version, usage behavior, and advertising identifiers (IDFA).

Analytics partners include Google Firebase and AppsFlyer for usage tracking, install attribution, and app performance monitoring.

Personalized advertising may be displayed if you opt in. You may opt out via your iOS device settings by limiting ad tracking.

Your health or usage data is never sold to third parties. You control how and when data is shared via app settings.
Subscription, Payments, and Refunds

Subscription options include monthly, yearly, lifetime, and forever plans.

All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal period ends.

Payments are processed through iTunes or Stripe depending on the platform.

Strict No-Cancellation Policy: Once a payment is made for any membership (monthly, yearly, lifetime, or forever), it is non-refundable and non-cancellable. No exceptions apply.

"Forever" memberships are valid for life at the locked-in monthly rate, provided the subscription is never canceled. Rejoining is not permitted after cancellation.

For Stripe payments, activation must be completed via the link provided after purchase.
Legal and Compliance

All terms and disputes are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials are copyrighted by Blue Group Inc. and may not be reproduced without explicit written permission.

European users may request deletion of personal data under GDPR by contacting support@bluegrouptherapy.com. We will provide written acknowledgment and follow applicable data regulations.
Medical and Fitness Disclaimer

The app is not a medical device or service. It does not diagnose, treat, or manage any health condition.

You are solely responsible for relying on any educational or fitness-related content. Always consult a licensed provider for mental or physical health concerns.

Blue Group Inc. assumes no liability for health or fitness outcomes based on app usage.
Communications and Notifications

By registering or using the app, you consent to receive communications via push notifications, email, or SMS.

You can manage or opt out of notifications via your device or app or email settings at any time.
Community and Conduct

Users must not post adult, illegal, defamatory, or illicit content in any part of the app.

Any violations of conduct policies may lead to permanent removal from the platform.
